Usetility PowerCard Basic
Convert business cards to spreadsheet
Convert scanned cards to any spreadsheet format (CSV)
- Place cards on an A4 scanner, scan it at 300 dots per inch (dpi) and upload the scanned files (PDF, JPEG or PNG) below.
- The result will be a comma-separated file that you can open using Excel or other spreadsheet programs
- Check the result against the actual card and correct any discrepancies
- Be patient: it takes about 25 seconds to process one page
- Scan all cards at the same landscape orientation
- Cards with portait orientation should only be scanned with a portrait-oriented cards only. Likewise for landscape-oriented cards.
- Do not mix cards with different orientations
- This system can only recognize Latin characters
- Place the cards as if there were 10 cards in the A4 paper with roughly equal spacing.
